1 onion, diced small
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp salt
2 tsp. Mexican Fiesta seasoning
Drain and rinse 3 cans of beans. Set aside. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion. Let cook until soft. Add beans. Add seasonings. Let heat up. Mash with a potato masher. Serve.
