Breakfast: Greek yogurt with blueberries

Snack: Banana, Hot chocolate made with milk

Lunch: Nachos (chips, refried pinto beans, ground beef cheese, tomatoes, guacamole, cheese, sour cream) 1/2 glass milk

Snack: 1/2 slice homemade pumpkin bread, 1/2 glass milk

Dinner: Egg roll in a bowl

In the kitchen:

2 loaves pumpkin bread

2 loaves yeasted white bread
