Today was an off day and full of fast food.

Breakfast: Chick-fil-A spicy chicken biscuit, milk

Snack: Greek yogurt, spoon of peanut butter

Lunch: Turkey bacon wrap from a local coffee shop

Dinner: Homemade Turkey chili

In the Kitchen:

We were very busy today so the only thing I made was the chili. My dd 18 fed the sourdough starter for baking tomorrow.
