Breakfast: 2 over easy eggs, glass of milk

Snack: spoon of peanut butter, hot chocolate

Lunch: Leftover turkey chili, milk

Dinner: Choice of cheeseburger or hamburger patty, roasted sweet potatoes or white potatoes, steamed broccoli with butter, green salad with zesty Italian salad dressing
