Breakfast: cottage cheese (now I’m out of the store bought sutff)
Lunch: 1/2 bacon, egg and cheese hand pie from a local coffee shop
Dinner: Hamburger patty, roasted sweet potatoes, southwest salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, black beans, corn and ranch for those who wanted it)
In the kitchen:
Kitchen was closed except for some basic meal prep
Now I’m out of fresh sweet potatoes. I have a little bit left of everything else though. I’m dreading the day that our fresh food runs out. We do have plenty of frozen and canned veggies though, so we won’t go without. And I’m starting garden plants. With the nice weather, it shouldn’t be long until I get to put them out.
