My LDS Food Storage Challenge: Day 15 In the Kitchen

No, there is no day 14. It’s a long story that I will keep to myself for now.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with spinach, tomatoes, and red onion, Parmesan cheese; Wheat Toast with peanut butter

Lunch: Taco Bell (Yes I know we are eating out too frequently, but we had an appointment and it was lunchtime.)

Dinner: Chicken Fajita Salad (My 2nd oldest dd bought the stuff to make this.)

I am still doing well with overcoming my soda addiction. Today marks two weeks. Yay! It’s starting to get a lot easier.

Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day. We will contrive a special meal. And then, on Sunday, I will officially give up refined sugar, honey, and maple syrup. I am going to observe my own lent. No, I’m not Catholic but my dad was and I want to do this in his memory.
